Business License Online Renewal lock

Business licenses for the City of Walnut can now be renewed online. If any of the information printed on your renewal form has changed, or is incorrect, please make the necessary changes during the renewal process. If changes need to be made to any account related information that is not available online, please submit your renewal and corrections by postal mail.

Senate Bill (SB) 205, signed by Gov. Newsom in 2019, requires a person or entity who conducts a business operation that is a “regulated industry” to demonstrate enrollment with the NPDES permit program. The SB 205 only affects those businesses with primary Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes that are identified by the State Water Board as requiring enrollment in the Industrial General Permit (IGP) are affected. Process
Business Licenses will be sent via email to the email address on the record unless a request for mail delivery is submitted. If you would prefer to receive your license via postal mail, please send an email to Walnut@hdlgov.com. If requesting your business license via postal mail, please allow up to 20 days to receive your new business license. Please be sure to include your business name and account number in the email if you are requesting your certificate via postal mail.* *Account numbers can be found on the renewal notice that you received.
